I could with some advice please. I have a sim only deal and it is fully paid up, but I can’t make calls, send texts, or use my data. I have checked the coverage in my area and it is ‘excellent’. I have done a soft reset on my phone. I have taken the SIM card out, wiped it, blown in the hole in case of dust and obviously put the sim back the correct way. I have checked all the settings and made sure there is no software update to be done. I have tried speaking to customer service, but they won’t speak to me as the security question doesn’t match (I suspect that someone at VM had misheard or had fat fingers and incorrectly inputted the wrong information). Any ideas?
