I downloaded my pdf mobile phone Bills to check for some incoming calls and texts.... My mobile phone bills don't contain incoming calls and texts... Only outgoing calls and texts... Could you please explain why this is???

I'm not with Virgin at present, but I have been with a number of networks over the years and have never seen incoming listed.

The Bill is always for the calls and texts you have made.

Virginmedia only list outgoing calls on the bill, there is no incoming list available like the majority of providers, I am with Vodaphone and they only list incoming, I would expect this is due to GDPR as that is somebody else's personal information.

Vodaphone only list outgoing calls.

I have never seen incoming numbers listed in the UK. There is never a charge here for incoming calls/texts when in the UK. 

I believe you may see the number if you are in a country where you are charged for incoming roaming calls. Again incoming texts are always free when roaming as well.
