Mobile not texting or phoning

My mobile is unreachable bytext or phone. Ditto outgoing texts/calls. My direct debit is up to date and the phone fully charged. I can't ring to report this. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your mobile handset, I have looked into this and can see that a new sim card would be needed to resolve this issue.
