My mobile data has not worked since returning from France. I have tried resetting the handset, removing the sim, turning mobile data on and off but nothing.
I can make calls and texts and the WIFI works fine.
Have searched this forum and what feels like every page on the Virgin site. At the end of my tether.
Which phone do have is it Android or an Apple iPhone ?
For Android do the following
Select Apps from Home screenSelect Virgin SIM Toolkit IconSelect RoamingSelect Select ModeSelect Automatic and go back to Home Screen
For iPhone do the following
Select Settings from the Home ScreenSelect Phone IconSelect SIM ApplicationsSelect RoamingSelect Select modeSelect Automatic mode - you are done, go back to Home screen

I have Android. Still saying no internet when I turn off WIFI
I do live in a low strength area though so I will go for a drive and try it
