I sent my phone of for repair over 6 weeks ago. It’s a Galaxy A50. The screen wouldn’t scroll for me to use the phone or the apps. and it wouldn’t even switch off. I posted it to Samsung in Sheffield. I pay £10 a month for something I don’t have - and it is insured, as I purchased it in January this year.
Ive my DD until I either get it repaired, and returned or replaced. Could someone help me with this ?
