Hello,
A few years ago I took out a Virgin Oomph bundle which includes a mobile SIM card.
I received the SIM a few years ago but it was misplaced, and hence never activated. I've moved house since then. I'm still getting emails with my bill though, but cannot sign up for an account as I don't have the SIM.
I have now reached a point where I have a use for the SIM card but cannot find a way to get a replacement. And I'm also worried that the people in my old house have access to it.
Could anyone help me with getting a replacement please?
