On Wednesday I changed provider from EE to Virgin. Gave my PAC at the same time and ordered new phone and sim and asked to keep my number. It’s now Friday at 22:30 and my number has not changed over to the new Virgin Sim? Any thoughts please?
Please can you try dialling your landline, or another phone, just to confirm which number the mobile is actually using now.
have you got an iphone? I've noticed that iphones owners often need to update the new numbers in their settings.
