I NEVER RECEIVED MY NEW SIM / EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED

Hi, please help urgently. I already posted in the "New Sim" thread but it got lost with all the other answers. I've been trying to text you as well for days, but that doesn't work.

I've been with NO NETWORK since 11/08 and extremely frustrated. Could you please send me a new SIM urgently as I never received mine. Can't talk to you on the phone, can't talk to you by text (tried for 2 days now) like you suggest is best above. Deplorable.

PLEASE SEND NEW SIM.

Still not getting and answer. Got a private message from Lucy on Monday, I answered the security questions on Tuesday and nothing since.

Can someone in Virgin get back to me so I can get a new SIM.

This is incredible, where can I make a complain to the ombudsman or somebody. I am going to get legal help. You are taking people's money and ignoring them.
