I already have a Virgin mobile account and number which I pay for monthly. I am out of contract. My new SIM as part of my broadband and phone package arrived last week - the ooomph package. I indicated that I would like to keep my existing number when I signed up. However, the new SIM has a new number. How do I get my old number on the new SIM - and when can I cancel my old contract?
