I have tried to download hotstop wifi profile to my Samsung phone but I am unable to download. 

Then I tried with IPhone and there is no problem for downloading profile.

Can you check and advise?

The Android version of Connect App does not install a profile like the iPhone one does.

The Android version will add them as separate Saved Networks in your WiFi settings, as in picture below

I got Pixel 3 with Android 11

Tried reinstalling Virgin Media Connect, app says wifi profile installed but nothing in WiFi settings. When manually chose Virgin Media SSID I get asked for various details.


Just doesn't connect to WiFi - any tips?

Works on iphone though jut fine.

Thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear that you're having issues connecting your mobile to our Connect App.

Can we ask if you are trying to connect to a public Wi-Fi Hotspot with your Android 11 using our Connect App?

If so we are aware of this issue and they are working on a firmware for a fix.
