I have tried to speak with a customer service agent through whatsapp messaging, phone call and SMS.
I just need to cancel my pay monthly sim plan and I am NOT switching to another provider. I just need to end it.
I was given a STAC code but I don't need it and there isn't a human customer service agent I could speak with.
Can you urgently help? I'm paying for something that I don't need anymore.
