Fraud on mobile account

 Please see email below I received in September of last year.... This has still not been resolved!!!! 

I will be taking this up with the complaints team and ombudsman if I do not receive e a satisfactory answer quickly.

Hi,

 

The information that you have requested from me via Equifax is unavailable as I have not lived at Tavistock Street for a number of years and I no longer have any paperwork relating to that address. I have attached a copy of my driving licence as you requested photo Id. 

 

Please note that when I called virgin Mobile to query the account deficit they said that they could not find anythibg relating to my name or address. 

 

I have only ever had virgin media accounts which are all upto date and never owned or used virgin mobiles.

No, never heard anything back.... Virgin media are useless!!! And it's still affecting my credit score!

I've tried but with no luck. I've reported it several times but no one has ever got back to me
