Ok, I'm a little bit lost. The phone support and messages on this forum are saying that Virgin is not doing esims anymore. However, when I logged in to my account I was able to click "swap to esim" and got a qr code for it. So which one is it? Or has this service been added like really today?
I'm a bit worry about scanning the code tbh...
