Re: Credit status

Hello

If there was an outstanding balance and then it was paid the mark on your credit report will be marked as settled, and then this will stay on your credit report for 6 years.

The best people to email is the creditfileamendments@virginmedia.co.uk who will investigate and correct it if it is wrong.

Regards Mike

Re: Credit status

they will not remove the record from the credit file. It will be marked as settled.
As this is a true record of the debt it can't be removed. this is the sort of information lenders need to know.
