Complaint

I've been trying to contact somebody for 4 days. I've just managed to speak with someone at lost mobile and they've cut me off 4 times. Your customer service is a joke. You don't deserve to be in business.

Hey. I've tried to get my pac no. Online so I can leave but pop up says ooops there's a problem. I can't get in touch to cancel.

Guess you have still got a Red SIM and part of the move to the new cards.

If so the migration has to be cancelled first, then the web and text will work
