Charged £3..00 for overuse of data - but I didn't!!
Read my VM mobile bill this week and noticed an extra £3.00 for over use of data allowance by 166 Kb on 18/3/19.However I monitor this and received a message via the app that I had 5% of my allowance left o/n 21/3/19 I received a message stating I had used 95% of my inclusive data (see below)
So I couldn't have been over the limit as alleged.Could a moderator please refund the £3.00 or do I need to call ?

Great to hear that its all sorted and already provided the £3 back on your account.
You can check your remaining allowance on your mobile app and you can also put a spending cap value that can be set up online by logging in to your online account here, to avoid extra charges in the future.
