I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to make calls or text since the number port went through. It can sometimes take 24 hours for everything to sync up.
- Did you receive a new SIM card as part of the new deal?
- Have you fully activated this?
- Was things working as they should be before the number port went through?
- Can you try checking the network settings to ensure you are connected to Virgin Media?
It's also worth giving the device another reboot one more time too.
