Hi, Iv been trying desperately to cancel both my contracts with virgin as Iv moved to a new provider. The customer services says the department is closed and to head online for help, I have done this but hit a wall! my account info is apparently not recognised (I don’t have one it would seem!) and I can’t find an email address by which to contact Virgin media mobile in order to help get this sorted! I don’t want to simply go ahead and cancel my direct debits (my contracts are well and truly up, we’ve had them for about 6 years and simply never upgraded!) But I also don’t want to continue on having to pay 2 providers for a total of 4 bills!
can anyone help?? Is there an email address I can contact them with??
