Hi, I can never reply to automated text messages - eg from my dentist reminding me of an appointment, and I have to reply YES to confirm. The message always fails to send. I only have this problem replying to automated messages, all other texts send fine. Is there an obvious solution?

Sorry to hear this. Can you confirm, do you get an error message on the text that shows the text had failed to send, like a failed to send response or an '!' on the text.

You can check and view your spending cap via your Virgin Mobile app or online account. Just navigate to the Plan tab, and tap Controls.
