Can't register for Virgin Mobile account

Hi

I have a new Virgin mobile / Internet account. Although I could register for the Virgin media account no problem, when I try to register for the mobile one it gives me a blank security question that I didn't set up. I've tried ringing without answer and the web chat gives me the same.

I'm trying to request an additional product (second sim for my husband) but can't do it until this gets resolved!

Any chance of a reply to this? We've been calling, online chatting etc and can't get any response.

I've been trying to call and use webchat for support for days without answer... it's very frustrating. Is there any mod on here who can help with this?
