Can’t receive verification codes

Hello. Can you please update when this ridiculous situation will be resolved? If Virgin made public that they don’t support sms verification codes from banks, social media accounts etc I never would have joined. I have migrated my number from Vodafone and really can’t be bothered with all the hassle this now brings

Like many MNVO'S Virgin don't seem to support many of these. 

It's one of the differences between an MNVO and a full network.

Have no idea as I don't work for them, but it has come up frequently in all the time I have been here.

May change when they move to Vodafone but that is over a year away.

I am having this problem on the daily. I am currently not able to join my new bank. I am not able to use apple wallet, I cannot sign up to a new email etc. The list continues... It is an extreme inconvenience. Is there any way of removing the invisible filters?! ‼️

Thanks for your post.

 

There is a known issue with receiving verification text messages. we're currently working on, but I'm afraid we have no timescales to when this will be fixed. 
 
I am really sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, it might be worth seeing if you can use a different method to receive your bank alerts and verification's whilst we work on this fault.
