Can't access 4G

Since changing my SIM I can't use mobile data as it doesn't load even though I have turned it on. Any suggestions?

Try sending a text message with the word ALL to 789922 to get the up to date mobile data settings to your phone

I tried what has been suggested and 4G appeared. It took a while to lose and then said it couldn't connect to a proxy server. Now what do I do?

In case of a glitch check your APN settings  against the ones in this thread and correct if needed.
