We have a pay as you go phone that is now telling us that it can’t register the sim It is used infrequently and has an online top up account that we can no longer access
When was the last chargeable call or text made as if there is no chargeable call or text made within the last 90 days then I am afraid that the number and credit has been lost.

I am afraid there is now where else to go, as VM no longer offer PAYG SIMs, so would not be able to even offer to get your number back, the number wouuld have been recycled already.
