Hi Everyone,
I was wondering is there problems with the top up Airtime services? I recently changed my contract from a PAYG to standard monthly then to this Freestyle one, because I needed an upgrade on my mobile.
Issue is... that I have tried so many methods to “top up” to make a international call but it keeps on saying that I have NO CREDIT. Am I missing something that wasn’t mention in the contract or is this Virgin taking my money of something that it’s false advertised?
It’s been over 2 months to find out answers but it’s repeated results... no credit. I already parted 50 quid to this invisible Airtime service. I’m getting fed up.
Please could anyone help me.
