Hi, I am contacting you regarding a very horrible service I have received from the company. On Saturday I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro Max with AirPod pro. It was meant to be delivered today according to yodel who were handling the package and now all of a sudden hours before delivery virgin has cancelled the order because you need more information about me. I have already signed a credit agreement and completed all relevant tasks in order to get my phone. I then rang up virgin customer support and was told that the 'back room' team would be in contact with me within 24-47 hours and that I would not be getting my device although it was already sent out ?
