I have tried accessing my mobile online account but having issues.
The email and password don't seem to work so I figured I'd get a reminder. After inputting my number, surname and postcode the site insists there's no sign of my account - despite me being with Virgin for years.
Add to that the mess with ReCaptcha then it's becoming an ordeal to do something that should be very simple. What's going on exactly?
