My network and data have been terrible for almost a year, I have noticed my APN/MMS settings change three times by themself since July 2020.
I have attached images of the most recent settings, which I then checked on the Virgin help guide and noticed that i needed to change them, I still have zero data and also access to other networks. I have also recently had someone remotely accessing my phone and updating me to iOS 14.4 (18D52) without my consent. I done a full reset and cleared all data content and used ICloud backup without a computer but still things aren't right.
