Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your mobile services looked into 📱 I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you. 

I want to ask a few quick questions if you don't mind -

• Is the SIM part of a Volt package?
• Have you switched over to us from another provider by using a PAC code?

Thank you for the reply. The sim card is a new Virgin number in a new phone. The number is displayed correctly on another phone when the number is dialled. From reading the forums, it seems some Samsung phones cannot display the phone number of the sim card. The Mobile help does not address this issue.

@WilliHersch You are right, some Samsung phones do not always display the number. (Ive had a couple like that). 

Nothing you can do about it. But if you need to remember your number put it in your contacts under something like 'My Phone'
