Every time I have no WiFi and the phone is using 4G I am unable to access any apps (ie. bet365) or websites through safari that are for over 18’s.
This phone/contract is solely in my name and my DOB is listed, I am 23! Can someone please help?
Go into your account on the Web
Choose the Tab 'Plan and Device'
You can turn parental controls off there
You will then need to reboot your phone for it to take effect

Oops, beaten to it...
You need to go on to your online account and switch off parental control
Then switch the phone off/on and hopefully you're good to go.
