Hi my TIVO box is looping on updating its completing the updates 1 - 3 and then beginning all over again. I have turned it off and restarted it, checked the cables and tried the 2 arrow buttons and the ok button but nothing has worked. How do I order another TIVO box - the help line was not anwered when I called and then cut me off after an hour!
Thanks for your post and welcome to the community forums. Sorry to hear that you have been having issues with your TIVO. When the boxes are updating it can go through a series of reboots. It's recommended to leave them until the update is complete. How has the box been since your post? I've done a remote check on your connection and not fault was found.
