hi I got sky cinema added earlier and done it through chat and paid,  later I go to on demand and movies and notice every single genre says upgrade so I don't know how I access the sky cinema genres or menu  but I have a few in channel guide but not many so three times I was back in the chat bring told it's been added but I can't find any and I reset Everything now I'm absolutely going mental . I've paid for something I don't have  or able to find can someone please help thank you

There's two ways to access Sky Cinema content.

1: Broadcast channels in EPG positions 401-412

2: OnDemand content that you can access via Home > OnDemand > Movies > Sky Cinema
