I'm trying to arrange sending back my 2 tivo boxes. this process using the stupid 'bot' isn't working..its duplicating the same question over and over again. how the hell do i arrange to get the boxes returned? why is it such a drawn out process? it's crazy, i should be able to phone someone and speak to them, not put up with a stupid 'bot' that doesn't work.

If you haveTivo boxes they don;t need returning, just the newer V6 boxes.
You can check which equipment you have on the following page, and if needed also order returns packaging from there.
