Engineer coming out to check tivo box if it is not working will I get a new tivo box or will they change it for a v6 box , if so , how much will it cost.

You would get a free v6 if you have virgin broadband otherwise it would be another tivo

I have the triple package , tivo box , broadband and land line

Our Tivo box in bedroom has just died and I was sent a new V6 but without connecting cable and remote. Unfortunately we cannot just plug in as V6 is not a stand alone but needs an Ethernet or WiFi. Check this with engineer ( lucky you getting an engineer)

I have VM WiFi in the house , and happy engineer coming out , best thing I did was join the forum , that really got things moving and getting things done.
