Virgin TiVo box not turning on

Tuning in

I have turned it on and off tried rebooting it, nothing, it was trying to update. Yet the tv was turned off at the wall, and I can’t get that screen back.

Any TV box that won't complete the boot cycle and fully startup, has a fault.

You're best reporting that fault - either by waiting here which may take a few days, or by calling in.
