My V6 box appears to have died but all the lights are on and it's making a faint buzzing noise. I've tried unplugging it and leaving it for a few hours but nothing seems to make any difference.
I'm assuming it's terminal, but just in case someone has a fix for this, I'm asking the question before steeling myself for a conversation with Customer Support!

Hi @Pufnstuf
I've moved your post to the TIVO forum
That isn't a V6 box, it's a TIVO box as indicated on the following page.
https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box
Click on the link above, then on the picture of the TIVO box and follow the on screen instructions.
Also, have you checked for area faults on the automated number 0800 5610061?
If nothing's listed the chances are your box is faulty and will need a tech visit.

Many thanks for that Dave - it's really difficult to find where to look for that information 🤣

Sadly, didn't help. All lights lit: green, green, red is about the only configuration that isn't on their troubleshooter... So it looks like I need that tech call after all.
