When you say "TV guide not working", what do you mean?
When you say you've followed all the advice, can you explain what you have done so far? The more specific you can be, the more helpful advice we can offer.
Also please confirm which TV box you have - is it a TiVo or a V6? If in doubt, check here

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
