Been on the phone to 3 virgin techs and been fobbed off by each one, I have the 500gb tivo box as a multi room box but have not used it since switched from main box to 2nd box. Have recently gone to use it but all the machine is doing is continually doing a 3 step updating process. Once finished every light comes on the dash of the box then tv screen says starting up twice then screen goes blank followed by the update process again.
Welcome to our Community Forum Leemetson and sorry to hear that your TiVo box isn't working as expected. I've just sent a signal to your TiVo box, are you able to try again and see how it is? Let us know as we may have to take a closer look at it.
