Tivo box broken

Hello, my Tivo box has broken.  Over the last two days it has been rebooted six times.  Now on the seventh attempt it will not reboot at all.  There have been no error messages.  When it stops working there are no lights on the front. There is sometimes a noise.  When it has rebooted it has gone through the usual start-up sequence.  I've tried everything I can think of including using the diagnosis tools on the website and looking at previous threads.  It is a very old box dating back to at least October 2013.  How can I order a replacement?  I'm sure I can set it up without the need of an engineer.

Plus it might also damage the window if you didn't leave it open 

What box is this that you need help with?
