Tivo Box Boot-loop (can't get through on phone)

The Tivo Box upstairs has started to boot-loop at the start-up screen.
We have gone through all the troubleshooting suggestions;
Check cables
Turn off and back on
etc... etc...

I rang 3 times yesterday, twice I was told you couldn't access the systems and to ring back later.
The third time, I was on hold for 1 hour 45 mins, then the phone call was disconnected at your end!

Today I ring, I just get a message saying you are too busy to answer calls and again disconnected!

This is beyond bad customer service!

Can a Moderator please pick up this issue, and help me get this sorted out!

You probably won't want to hear this, but I'll say it anyway...

That green screen error indicates your TiVo's hard drive has failed, and you will need a replacement.

I'm sorry to say that many people are having problems calling VM at the moment as waiting times can vary - posting on here isn't a direct alternative else the board would be absolutely flooded with (potentially) hundreds of posts a day with people realisting it was an alternative.

I can only suggest calling again.

Thanks for the reply and confirming what we suspected.

Hopefully, someone will hear my plea for help...? Somewhere!
