TiVo replacement

Is it possible to get a replacement TiVo box? We have had ours since our contract began (2 decades?) and it is deathly slow to load initial pages, menus etc on the TV screen.  Thank you.

Hi @Damain 

You probably won't be able to get it swapped out unless there are box issues, and then it would probably like for like.

If you also have VM broadband you might be able to get a free upgrade to the V6 box if you negotiate a new contract via Retentions (thinking of leaving us)

It's faster then the TIVO, has 6 tuners compared to 3 on the TIVO and some extra apps.

I'll just add... the TiVo, while being perfectly serviceable and still fully supported, was never known for being quick - and the only answer to that is a V6 that's best arranged via an account renegotiation.
