I have the same problem. TiVo box arrived today and has been like this for about 4 hours. The broadband was also hopelessly slow at configuring itself and is currently showing a download speed of 17 mbps (c.f. the minimum 54 mbps promised when I signed up). If these issues cannot be solved tomorrow I'll be cancelling my Virgin Media contact and returning to Plus Net (where I received 8 years of faultless service!).
I spoke to Virgin this morning and they said switch everything off and on again and it would be ok. Over 1 hour later the Tivo box was still stuck on Configuring Network Settings. They then said they'd send an engineer on Tuesday to look at it but also to switch the Tivo box off and try it again 15 minutes later. Surprisingly it then competed the setup and has been working since.
The broadband speed is also picking up. We'll see how that goes!
I'm having the same issue. Everything works, and wifi works for my mobile and laptop, but for Tivo I'm stuck on Configuring Network Settings. Please help, and please let there be a solution that doesn't require an engineer coming out to my place. That would defeat the entire purpose of quick setup.
