Hello Kmacf1991, thank you for your post and sorry you're having some Tivo issues.
Can I please confirm a few things with you regarding this issue:
- What lights are currently showing on your Tivo box?
- Can you please turn the Tivo box off, unplug and reconnect all cables for this and then turned it back on. While doing so can you also check for any damage to the cables please and let me know if once turned back on this green screen still shows.
