Has this occurred with people.
Trying to use our TiVo box in our bedroom for 2 days and it’s showing wellcome sign then disappears and brings the wellcome sign back and then flashes amber on and off for a bit after a few times.

Sounds like your TiVo is stuck in the reboot loop and won't startup. It has a fault - there's a good chance it'll need replacing.
You can report this one of two ways.. 1: Call in, 0345 4541111 (or 150 from a VM phone) and choose the "I have a fault" options, 2: Wait here for forum staff to respond, perhaps a couple of days.
