We were watching the TV this morning and all of a sudden the box stopped and began resetting itself.
On startup a message appeared to say we were no longer connected to the Virgin network, and had lost all programme guide information and would not be able to record.
It directed us to the settings and guided us on how to reconnect, which we did, but still have No programmes on the guide for any channel.
I manually powered down the box (pulled the plug) and reset but nothing. I have run a service check online and it has found a fault. How do I correct this? Do I need a new updated TiVo box as the one we have is several years old now?
