TVIO Issue

Hi,

Getting issue where On-Demand stops working part way through program.

Have run tests on the box which suggest there is an issue with the box - have reset (turn off/on) as suggested and re-run tests which still suggest technical issue is present. Don't know what next step are

Really sorry you've been having some issues with your TV box as well as for the delay in getting back to you, we have been busier than normal. 

Have things improved over the weekend at all or have you been able to speak to the team?
