Can't use the straightforward TV channels on either of the boxes today, have rebooted after conversation with helpline, to no avail, on service status online there appears to be a major problem in NW London, when I called VM they said my box must be faulty as they know nothing about it and they would swap boxes out. Told to unplug and re-boot.. cannot access any of the straight TV channels keep getting message loading your channels ?
TV guide not loading boxes not recording.. the fix dates keep being moved back...
Stray engineer appeared 1 hour ago in finchley road and said main cable damaged....dont know who to believe

Same issue here on Tivo boxes I think? both stuck on loading channels stuck at 33% - rebooted multiple times - no effect on service. Checked online and it finally updated with an 'issue in the area' and as you both say the fix date simply gets pushed back.
I came here to see if mods had posted on my broadband issue and thought I'd see if anyone else was having this TV issue.
Honestly, I don't know what has happened lately at VM, first 2 years was not bad, since renewal it has been a really poor experience. Incorrect bill issues for 5+ months, on and off broadband issues and now TV issues, unluckly, probably lol.

I'm in Colindale got the same problem since about 1pm . Got a text from them saying they had fixed a network problem but it's still the same. Error code S102

I have had texts to say problem fixed but still the same issue - loading channels stuck at 25% on tivo and 33% on V6 box... have rebooted to no avail

I'm also in Wembley with the same issue. The 'check service status' has given the same date from yesterday for the fix as 5th Sept at 1pm. I signed up to be updated by text and have received sod all.
There was also another issue yesterday that apparently affected TV and broadband in the area and that seems to be rectified now, perhaps Customer Service was getting mixed up with that second issue being fixed.

The second issue has been fixed and I am sure you are right, however just to say that I have just rebooted the V6 tivo box and 2 minutes ago my tv guide has repopulated itself so fingers crossed it is now resolved.. good luck in Wembley with yours

Mine came back Sunday around 5pm ish.
Checked again this morning 8am - same issue. Rebooted etc etc sadly the same and no TV all day, will try another reboot later else will just wait till tomorrow

On another note, BB just died last Thursday and had packet loss late Thursday/Fri and seemed to fix itself by Sunday. Don't know if its related (or not). The network around here does seem to be creaking more so over the last 6 months + (for me on BB) now it seems TV as well. no resilience or oversubscription?
