Sorry to hear you've been having issues with your channels still. I've had a check and this ticket for the issue has been resolved and there are no further issues listed for these channels. Have you rebooted the box today and been able to check the channels again? Is it just CNN or other channels you're having issues with too?

I've ran through a flow on our system and can see that there are faults with the equipment that are possibly causing this issue and there are no current outages in the local area that are the cause of your service issues
