Once again not working for the start of an event!

it’s like someone has to manually activate every time it’s needed, surely this shouldn’t be the case every time?!?

Really starting to wish I hadn’t moved to Virgin, what with this & the constant WiFi not working & having to switch the router off & on & reset it constantly!! It’s not good enough!

This problem seems to have been resolved with both V360 & V6 boxes now. Its only the older TiVO 500Gb boxes that have issues, & these are being actively withdrawn from service. If you have Virgin Broadband it is dead easy to move to a V6.

It’s now working, I’ve been a Virgin member since September, how old would my box be in that case & I’ve had a replacement box since then too so I wouldn’t imagine my box is particularly old?

As explained in my original post, it’s like the function has to be manually switched on at Virgin which I’m surprised would be the case?

You've posted in the TiVo forum so we presumed that is what you have. https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box 

If you only joined VM in September, you will have a TV360.
