I received my final Bill 14/09/2020 and was told my services would disconnect but I’m still able to use the TV and Broadband and I haven’t received a returns box..
The returns is sent on the day of disconnection and can up to 14 days to arrive at your property, are you sure you've received the final bill & have been scheduled for disconnection on this date?
Hi. Yes I have an email stating the disconnection and I was told my final bill would be 14/09/2020 I’ve just paid it..

Does the bill you've had confirm the dates it covers you for?
