Poor Service

Tivo box randomly noisy and gets hot and needs rebooting regularly. Picture pixilates daily at various times. Fault reporting via 150 hopeless. Just gets me put on hold and no one then answers. Text message option used and no response for 24hrs. Pathetic service.

No, given up trying 150. Can you help arrange a replacement TiVo box please Rob before I change supplier? 

Why am I paying £90+!a month for such shocking service? 

Last chance now before I swap.
